We deliver to most countries worldwide(excluding Russia), with the help of our couriers. Please contact us if you are not sure if we deliver to your country.

UK:  All Orders Over £100 qualify for FREE SHIPPING!

Standard delivery: £4.95
Receive your purchase within 2-4 working days (excludes pre-orders)  - Unless otherwise stated on the announcement bar at the top of our website

Next working day delivery: £10 (excludes Northern Ireland & Channel Islands)
For Next Day orders please place your order by 11am Monday - Thursday to receive your purchase next working day.

Next day orders and will be dispatched using DHL or Royal Mail's Next Day delivery service.

Republic of Ireland:
- All orders (taxes & duties covered): £12
- Receive your purchase within 2-4 working days (excludes pre-orders)

Europe:
- All orders : £15
- Receive your purchase within 2-4 working days (excludes pre-orders)

USA:
- Standard delivery: £20
- Express delivery, £30 receive your purchase within 2-4 working days (excludes pre-orders)
- Please note there may be some shipping delays due to customs changes in the US.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Please be aware that many countries charge import duties and taxes and your order may be subject to these on arrival in your country.  Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes, and if you refuse the shipment on arrival, and we are charged by the courier/postal company to have the order returned to sender then any costs incurred by Cockatoo will be deducted from your final refund.  We are very sorry about this!

Please note that you can claim international duty refunds if returning an item. 

Rest of World:
- Standard delivery: £20
- Receive your purchase within 2-4 working days (excludes pre-orders). 

USA & Rest of World (incl. Northern Ireland & Channel Islands) are shipped with Royal mail. EXPRESS DELIVERY will usually be shipped using DHL

Track My Order

You can track your delivery using the tracking/parcel number in your confirmation email. ALL orders require a signature upon delivery. Our couriers cannot offer alternative options such as delivery to a safe place for your package. Please see our couriers’ websites for more information.

Duties & Taxes

For all international shipments, DHL will contact you to pay for any duties and taxes upon delivery. Regretfully, we cannot control or estimate these charges. US duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer 

Please note: The Cockatoo office is not open on Saturday and Sunday. Any orders placed after 11am on a Friday will NOT be posted until the Monday. Please bear this in mind if ordering anything on a next day delivery after 11 am on a Friday afternoon. But if you are desperate for a next day Saturday delivery please email us on cockatooboutique@gmail.com and we will try our best to help and get it out faster for you, but please be aware that we may need to charge more for shipping if the costs are higher for a guaranteed Saturday delivery.

Returns

If you refuse or otherwise fail to take delivery of your order, it will be returned to us. You will not be able to track this default return, but a member of our customer care team will be in touch to arrange a refund or redelivery. To return an order you have already accepted, please visit our returns page.
